What’s your return policy?
Being a small business operating with limited resources, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges. However, if there’s something wrong with your order that was not made by your error, please let us know by contacting us at support@morrocadamia.com.
When will I get my order?
We strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible, but please allow up to 2-3 business days for processing before your order is shipped. Once your order is shipped, it may take an additional 5-7 business days for delivery, depending on your location and shipping method chosen at checkout.
How can I track my order?
You’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, email us at support@morrocadamia.com.
I received a damaged product, what should I do?
We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged or incorrect due to our mistake. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us at support@morrocadamia.com within a two week timeframe of receiving with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!
Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items from what they ordered. If any of these apply, please contact us at support@morrocadamia.com with photos of wrong/damaged items and we’ll sort that out for you.
